SHIPPING COSTS

We offer free shipping worldwide from 100 Euro order value. Otherwise the following flat rates for packaging & shipping apply (German VAT included):

On the shopping cart page, we always show you the cheapest alternative, depending on your desired shipping address (Germany or worldwide) and the relevant shipping class of your chosen products (letter or parcel).

We deliver directly from our manufactory in Munich (Germany). For cross-border deliveries to non-EU countries customs duties may incur. The respective import duty usually depends on the value of the goods and is collected directly from the recipient by the authorities at the time of issue. You can ask the responsible customs office in advance if and how much an import duty would be. We have no influence and therefore can not give you any further information.

DELIVERY TIME

Depending on the order situation and complexity of your desired product, please allow for 9 to 12 days production time. If possible, we'll be glad to surprise you with a faster production time – but quality always comes first!

Afterwards, we send our parcels climate neutrally with DHL GoGreen and letters via Deutsche Post. In any case, you will receive an automatic shipping confirmation by e-mail as soon as your shipment leaves our manufactory (please also check the spam folder of your inbox).
